Ballroom Dancers: Focus your passion with the FREE Solo Practice worksheet
Get the same strategies and framework that helped me win a World Champion title in just one year.
When they hear I went from placing in the bottom 3 to winning a World Champion title in one year, a lot of people assume I spent that year taking extra lessons and coachings.
That's the opposite of what I did.
I earned my title by maximizing my solo practice in a way that best fit me and my life.
With this worksheet, you will get:
- The solo practice routine I still use today that can be used for any dance style and any dance level
- A proven practice schedule that only requires 1-2 hours once a week
- Simple tricks to maximize your practice time and instantly improve your dancing
You don't need to take 5 or 6 lessons every week.
My name is Katie Flashner, but I'm also known as the Girl with the Tree Tattoo. I've been a ballroom dancer since 2012 and have competed in the NDCA pro-am circuit since 2014.
In 2017, I placed 5th out of 7 at the Embassy Ballroom World Championships. I returned a year later and placed 1st out of 11 couples!
I only take 1 to 2 private lessons a week. It was my discipline and commitment to my solo practice that got me on the top podium in just one year. Now I'm sharing the same strategies that made such a dramatic difference in my dancing with you.
Whether you're a newcomer or advanced dancer, this solo practice routine will help you become the champion of your own dance story!
